Mummy Oreo Cookies

These Mummy Oreos are such a fun Halloween treat! They are simple to make, no-bake treats with only three ingredients— and they are just adorable!

You can decorate your cookies several different ways. Almost any cookie will work as the base of the mummy— you can use Oreo’s, Nutter Butters, or even cookies made from scratch. You can also decorate the mummy’s face differently depending on how you use the chocolate coating. One way is drizzling the chocolate across the entire cookie to create a bandage-look. However, another way is dipping half of the cookie in the chocolate to cover the mummy’s eyes. Plus, if you want some variety, you can decorate some cookies with just sprinkles!

  • White Chocolate Chips (or wafers)

  • Candy Eyes

  • Sprinkles (Optional)

How to Make Mummy Oreos

  1. Add the white chocolate chips to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the bowl of white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring after each time, until they are smooth and melted. Be careful not to over cook them because they will burn.

  2. Decorate the Oreo with the melted, white chocolate by either 1) dipping the cookie halfway into the chocolate or 2) drizzling the chocolate across the cookie.

  3. Place the candy eyes and/or sprinkles on the melted chocolate.

  4. Set the decorated cookies aside to let them harden.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

I hope you enjoy this spooky treat as much as I did and have a very happy Halloween!
