How to Make Thanksgiving Turkey Cookies
Add milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the bowl of chocolate and vegetable oil in 30 second intervals, stirring after each time, until the chocolate chips are smooth and melted. Be careful not to over heat the chocolate because they will burn.
Fully coat the Nilla Wafer with chocolate by dipping it in the melted chocolate.
Using the chocolate as an adhesive, attach three pretzels to the back of the Nilla Wafer to appear like turkey feathers.
Dip the backs of the candy eyes and candy corn in chocolate, then place them on the front of the cookie to make a “turkey” face.
Set the decorated cookies aside to let them harden.
Serve and enjoy!
I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I did and have a Happy Thanksgiving!
