Easy Christmas Brownies

Looking for a holiday treat that’s both fun and festive treat? These Christmas brownies check all the boxes: cute, easy to make, and totally customizable!

I love cute holiday-themed foods, and these Christmas brownies are no exception. All it takes to make the cutest reindeer, Santa hat, and Christmas tree treats is one brownie mix, plus some frosting and decorations!

Keep reading for a list of ingredients and the exact steps to follow!

Ingredients

  • Baked brownies (you can use your favorite homemade recipe, or a boxed mix like I did)

  • Icing/frosting

  • Food coloring

  • Sprinkles

  • Candy eyes (only for Reindeer)

  • M&Ms (only for Reindeer)

  • Mini pretzels (only for Reindeer)

Steps

  1. Make your brownies using your own recipe or follow the instructions on the box of a store-bought mix

  2. Let your brownies cool completely once they’re done baking

  3. Once cooled, cut your brownies into triangles. I did this by first making three larger horizontal slices and then making diagonal cuts to create the triangle shape that’s ready to decorate

How to Make a Santa Hat:

  1. Add red food coloring to some frosting to use for the majority of the hat

  2. Use a knife to spread the red color frosting on your brownie

  3. Pipe white color frosting at the top point and along the bottom of the brownie

How to Make a Reindeer:

  1. Add frosting to the back of two pretzels and place them on the top edge of your brownie to create reindeer antlers

  2. Put two dots of frosting where you want to place the candy eyes and attach them

  3. Place a red M&M with frosting on its back near the point of the brownie to give the reindeer a nose

How to Make a Christmas Tree:

  1. Add green food coloring to some frosting to use as the tree’s base

  2. Pipe the green frosting on your brownie

  3. Place sprinkles on the frosting to give the appearance of ornaments

I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I did and have a Happy Holiday season!
