Beauty Product Recommendations

Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen $38

For the longest time, I struggled to find a face sunscreen that didn’t irritate my skin. I could only use mineral formulas, but they always left a white cast. Ever since I first tried Supergoop face sunscreens a few years ago, they have been the only ones I use.

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Pro Filt'r Hydrating Primer $36

This is one of the most comfortable primers that actually helps my makeup stay better throughout the day. Most primers that extend how long my makeup wears don’t feel amazing, but this primer from Fenty is an exception.

First Aid Beauty Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer $32

If you want a subtle lit-from-within look to your skin, this primer is for you. Plus, it has a lightweight formula that feels barely there, making it a super comfortable option.

Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation $52

If you want a higher coverage foundation that doesn’t have a matte finish, then you want this product in your collection (especially if you’re a fellow dry-skin girl).

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder $48

This powder is as close as it gets to real-life Facetune. It is great for powdering my entire face, but I especially love using it under my eyes. It smooths fine lines out like a dream.

Nars Talc-Free Powder Blush $17-34

This blush gives a beautiful tint and radiance, but the best part is the color stays on longer than all other powder blushes I’ve tried. You can use even the mini version for months, possibly years, before running out.

Lancome Hypnose Drama Instant Full Body Volume Mascara $33

I pretty much exclusively use drugstore mascaras because I feel they usually perform just as well as high-end mascaras. However, this Lancome mascara stands out from the rest, giving the closest look to false lashes without actually wearing them.

Hourglass Scattered Light Glitter Eye Shadow $30

I have two shades of this eyeshadow, and both give a sparkly, dimensional eye look that looks as if it took forever to create… when it took 30 seconds or less. It’s so easy to apply and couldn’t be prettier!

Glossier Monochromes Essential Eyeshadow Trio Palette $22

I love taupe eyeshadow, and this palette has basically the only three shades I need to create my favorite everyday look.

Tarte Maracuja Juicy Lip Plump $26

This lip product has been one of my favorites for a long time! It gives the tint you want from lipstick and the shine you want from gloss, but it comes in packaging that couldn’t be easier to apply.

Laneige Lip Glowy Balm $19

I’m all about products that make my lips feel great and look shiny, and Laneige’s lip balm is one of my favorites. I have this product in several versions, including the peppermint one released last year (that I’ve heard is very similar to this limited-edition candy cane one).

Buxom Plumping Lip Cream Gloss $25

I’ve been a fan of Buxom’s lip gloss formulas since I was in middle school. They have just the right amount of tint and all the shine you want. he only reason you wouldn’t love them is if you don’t like minty/tingly lip products.

Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother Hair Cream $30

This cream has multiple purposes for me, functioning as both a styling and finishing product. I use it before blow-drying/flat ironing/curling my hair and after styling as a smoothing treatment. While it is pricy, this container lasts forever which helps me justify the higher price!

Living Proof Perfect hair Day (PhD) Dry Shampoo $16-30

Living Proof’s PhD is one of the few dry shampoos that checks all the boxes. Giving a fresh look, scent (heads up- it can be strong), and feel to hair, this dry shampoo is the best way to revive hair without actually washing it in the shower.

Kayali Vanilla | 28 Eau de Parfum Travel Spray $29

This perfume is my favorite for the fall! It has a warm, gourmand smell with notes of vanilla orchids, tonka absolute, and amber woods. The scent isn’t too spicy making it great for everyday, and it’s also not too nauseatingly sweet. It truly is my go-to fragrance for this time of year!

Valentino Donna Born In Roma Eau de Parfum Travel Spray

If you like warm, floral scents, this perfume makes a great option, especially for nights out and special occasions. It’s also one of the perfumes I get the most compliments wearing.
